Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified Community
Services, Conference Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the March 21, 2012 Board meeting.
3. Election of Officers. The Chairperson will assign committee
members.
4. Payment of the bills for March and April, 2012.
5. Reports
A. Financial report for March and April, 2012 – Jan Sudmeier
B. Family Support Purchase – Jan Sudmeier
C. Personnel report for March and April, 2012 – Cheryl Knapp
D. Chairman's report – TBA
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
6. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
7. G.A.S.B. 54.
8. Adjournment – Next meeting date June 20, 2012
