Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin MEMBERS PRESENT: Julee Albers, Dave Bauer, Judy Friar, Robert Keeney, Mel Masters, Dwight Nelson, Mark Stead, Charles Stenner (Chair.), Mike Tiber, and Mary Ellen Tredinnick. MEMBERS EXCUSED: Ryan Walmer. OTHERS PRESENT: Neal Blackburn, Jan Sudmeier, Cheryl Knapp, and Nancy Schmitz. 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: 7:00 p.m.; quorum present. 2. COMPLIANCE and MINUTES: Mark Stead moved to report meeting in compliance with open meetings law, approval of agenda and approval of the minutes of July 18, 2012 Board meeting. Motion seconded by Mary Ellen Tredinnick and passed. 3. BILLS: Mike Tiber moved approval for payment of the bills for July, 2012 as reviewed. Motion seconded by Dave Bauer and passed. 4. REPORTS: 2011 Audit Report given by Jan Sudmeier. Financial report for July, 2012 given by Jan Sudmeier. No Family Support purchases were presented. Personnel report for July, 2012 given by Cheryl Knapp. Chairman’s report: None. Neal Blackburn presented the Director's report as follows: 1. Unified will be holding an all day staff training October 25, 2012. The office will be closed and emergency coverage provided. 2. Grant County Public Participation meeting held. No one in attendance. 3. Iowa County Public Participation meeting will be on August 22, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. 4. Article regarding “ What’s new in Dodge County” distributed. Clearview’s annual meeting is on 8/27/12. 5. Personnel Committee will meet on August 29, 2012 at the Lancaster office. 6. Finance Committee will meet on September 5, 2012 at the Dodgeville office. Mike Tiber moved to accept reports and place on file. Motion seconded by Julee Albers and passed. Mel Masters commented that our clock is running fast. Mel also mentioned that there seem to be a rise in the number of suicides in the area. 5. INTRODUCTIONS: None. 6.
