Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., meeting at Unified
Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the January 16, 2013 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for January, 2013.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for Year-end, 2012 – Neal Blackburn.
B. Family Support Purchase – Cheryl Knapp.
C. Personnel report for January, 2013 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Executive Committee Report – Charles Stenner.
E. Chairman's report – Charles Stenner.
F. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
G. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(f), Wisconsin
Statutes, Considering financial, medical, social or personal
histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary
consideration of specific personnel problems.
7. Convene into open session.
8. Adjournment-Next Meeting March 20, 2013
