Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., meeting at Unified
Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the October 17, 2012 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for October, November and December 2012.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for October, November and December, 2012 –
Neal Blackburn.
B. Family Support Purchase – Cheryl Knapp.
C. Personnel report for October, November and December, 2012 -
Cheryl Knapp.
D. Chairman's report – Charles Stenner.
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Agreement for 2012 Audit.
6. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
7. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c), Wisconsin
Statutes, to consider matters related to employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee.
8. Convene into open session.
9. Wage Compensation.
10. Adjournment-Next Meeting February 20, 2013.
