Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified Community
Services, Conference Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the April 17, 2013 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for April, 2013.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for April, 2013 – Neal Blackburn
B. Family Support Purchase – Cheryl Knapp
C. Personnel report for April, 2013 – Cheryl Knapp
D. Chairman's report – Charles Stenner
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) and (e),
Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters related to employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employees
and current negotiations.
7. Convene into open session.
8. Approval of tentative agreement for 2013 labor agreement with
Teamsters Union Local No. 695.
9. Adjournment – Next meeting date June 19, 2013.
