Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to
the public that a meeting of the Unified Community Services Board will
be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., at Unified
Community Services, Conference Room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster,
Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be
approved on a single motion and vote due to their routine nature or
previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the August 21, 2013 Board meeting.

3. Payment of the bills for August, 2013.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for August, 2013 – Kathy Rink.
B. Family Support Purchase – Kathy Rink.
C. Personnel report for August, 2013 – Cheryl Knapp.
D. Personnel Committee Report – Julee Albers.
E. Finance Committee Report – Dave Bauer.
F. Chairman's report – Charles Stenner.
G. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
H. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address
the Board. Chairman will allocate time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c)and (e),
Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters related to employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any
public employee.
7. Convene into open session.
8. 2014 Budget.
9. Adjournment- Next Meeting Date to be announced at Lancaster,
Wisconsin.
