MEMBERS PRESENT: Julee Albers, Dave Bauer, Judy Friar, Nancy Howard, Lester Jantzen, Judy
Lindholm, Dwight Nelson, Mark Stead, Charles Stenner, Mike Tiber (Chair.) and Mary Ellen
Tredinnick.
OTHERS PRESENT: Kathy Rink, Zack Armstrong, Cheryl Knapp, Nancy Schmitz and Holly Knapp.
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: 7:00 p.m.; quorum present.
2. COMPLIANCE and MINUTES: Mark Stead moved to report the meeting in compliance with open
meetings law, to approve the agenda, and to approve the minutes of the September 17, 2014 Board
meeting. Motion seconded by Charles Stenner and passed.
3. BILLS: Dave Bauer moved approval for payment of the bills for September, 2014 as reviewed.
Motion seconded by Mary Ellen Tredinnick and passed.
4. REPORTS: Financial report for September, 2014 given by Zack Armstrong. Single Audit Report
given by Zack Armstrong. Personnel report for September, 2014 given by Cheryl Knapp. Emergency
Services/Mobile Crisis Report given by Holly Knapp. Chairman’s report: None. Kathy Rink presented
the Director's report as follows:
1. Spent most of the month on Emergency Services Program. Becky Manning was instrumental
with the new Mobile Crisis.
2. Peg Ryan, Long Term Support/Children’s Programs Supervisor, was asked to serve on
Stakeholder Focus Workgroup as one of the few county representatives. We are very proud of
her knowledge of these programs.
3. Treatment Court is still going strong. We have over 18 in the OWI Court and 3 in the Drug
Treatment Court.
4. Kathy and Zack attended training regarding Wisconsin Medicaid Cost Reporting. Changes are
being made by the State to the WIMCR input process.
5. Held Open Forums in both offices to give quarterly updates to employees.
Mark Stead moved to accept reports and place on file. Motion seconded by Dave Bauer and
passed.
5. INTRODUCTIONS: None.
6. ADJOURNMENT: Mark Stead moved to adjourn meeting. Motion seconded by Dwight Nelson and
passed. 7:32 p.m.
