Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and vote
due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would prefer
separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the December 18, 2013 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for December, 2013.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for December, 2013 – Kathy Rink.
B. Family Support Purchase – Kathy Rink.
C. Personnel report for December, 2013 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Chairman's report – Charles Stenner.
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time.
6. Capital Acquisition Request.
7. Staffing.
8. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) and (f) Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters
related to employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public
employees, and/or financial, medical, social or personal histories of a specific person.
9. Convene into open session.
10. Adjournment-Next Meeting February 19, 2014.
