Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and vote
due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would prefer
separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the March 19, 2014 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for March, 2014.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for March, 2014 – Kathy Rink.
B. Personnel report for March , 2014 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Personnel Committee Report – Julee Albers.
D. Chairman's report – Charles Stenner.
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(a) (c) Wisconsin Statutes to consider financial,
medical, social or personal histories of a specific persons or specific personnel matters and to confer
with legal counsel for advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in
which it is or is likely to become involved.
7. Convene into open session.
