Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and vote
due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would prefer
separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the May 21, 2014 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for May, 2014.
4. Reports
A. Financial report for May, 2014 – Kathy Rink.
B. Personnel report for May, 2014 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Mental Health Program report on Child Trauma Training – Myranda Culver.
D. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
E. Program Director's report - Neal Blackburn.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) (f) Wisconsin Statutes to consider employment ,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee and considering
financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary
consideration of specific personnel matters.
7. Convene into open session.
8. Staffing.
9. Adjournment-Next Meeting July 16, 2014.
