Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., at
Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you
would prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the October 15, 2014 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for October 2014.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for October 2014 – Zack Armstrong.
B. Personnel report for October 2014 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
D. Program Director's report – Kathy Rink.
E. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file
would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will
allocate time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c)and (e), Wisconsin Statutes, to consider
matters related to employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any
public employees, and current negotiations.
7. Convene into open session.
8. Adjournment. Next meeting December 17, 2014.
