Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and vote
due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would prefer
separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the March 18, 2015 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for March, 2015.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for March, 2015 – Zack Armstrong.
B. Personnel report for March, 2015 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Executive Committee Report – Mike Tiber.
D. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
E. Program Director's report - Kathy Rink.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(a) (c) Wisconsin Statutes to consider financial,
medical, social or personal histories of a specific persons or specific personnel matters and to deliberate
concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial hearing before that
governmental body.
7. Convene into open session.
8. Staffing.
9. Adjournment-Next Meeting May 20, 2015.
