Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and vote
due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would prefer
separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the May 20, 2015 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for May, 2015.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for May, 2015 – Zack Armstrong.
B. Personnel report for May, 2015 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
D. Program Director's report - Kathy Rink.
E. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time.
6. Staffing- Consideration of master’s level intake position.
7. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) Wisconsin Statutes to consider employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee.
8. Convene into open session.
9. Adjournment-Next Meeting July 15, 2015.
