Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., at
Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you
would prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the December 17, 2014 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for December, 2014.
4. Reports
A. Financial Report for December, 2014 – Zack Armstrong.
B. Personnel report for December, 2014 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Birth to Three Program – Peg Ryan and Betsy Williams.
D. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
E. Program Director's report – Kathy Rink.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file
would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will
allocate time.
6. Adjournment. Next meeting February 18, 2015.
