Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., at
Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you
would prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
C. Approval of the minutes of the January 21, 2015 Board meeting.
3. Payment of the bills for January, 2015.
4. Reports
A. Personnel report for January, 2015 - Cheryl Knapp.
B. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
C. Program Director's report – Kathy Rink.
D. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
5. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will
allocate time.
6. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c), and (f) Wisconsin Statutes, to consider
matters related to employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any
public employees, and to consider personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons,
preliminary consideration of specific personnel matters.
7. Convene into open session.
8. Supervisory reorganization proposal.
9. Adjournment. Next meeting March 18, 2015.
