Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
3. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Adoption of the agenda.
B. Approval of the minutes of the April 20, 2016 Board meeting.
4. Election of Officers. The Chairman will assign committee members with input from Board members
as to preferences.
5. Payment of the bills for April, 2016.
6. Reports
A. Financial Report for April, 2016 - Zack Armstrong.
B. Personnel report for April, 2016 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
D. Director's report - Kathy Rink.
E. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
7. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will
allocate time.
8. Adjournment-Next Meeting, June 15, 2016.
