MEMBERS PRESENT: Judy Friar, Mark Stead (Chair), Kelby Thomas, Mike Tiber, and Mary
Ellen Tredinnick.
OTHERS PRESENT: Kathy Rink, Cheryl Knapp, Janelle Carroll and Nancy Schmitz.
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: 6:45 p.m., quorum present.
2. COMPLIANCE and AGENDA: Mary Ellen Tredinnick moved that the meeting was in
compliance with open meetings law and approval of the agenda as distributed. Motion
seconded by Mike Tiber and passed unanimously.
3. EXCHANGE OF PROPOSALS: Initial proposals regarding the successor agreement to the
current collective bargaining agreement between Unified Community Services and Teamsters
Union Local No. 695 were exchanged.
4. ADJOURNMENT: Mike Tiber moved to adjourn at 6:50 p.m. Motion seconded by Judy
Friar and passed unanimously.
