MEMBERS PRESENT: Julee Albers; Judy Friar; Mark Stead (Chair); Mike Tiber; and Mary Ellen
Tredinnick.
OTHERS PRESENT: Kathy Rink; and Cheryl Knapp.
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: 7:00 p.m., quorum present.
2. COMPLIANCE and AGENDA: Mike Tiber moved that the meeting is in compliance with the open
meetings law and approval of the agenda as distributed. Motion seconded by Julee Albers and passed.
3. INTRODUCTIONS: There were no members of the audience present.
4. CLOSED SESSION: Mary Ellen Tredinnick moved to convene in closed session pursuant to Sec.
19.85 (1)(c) and (e), Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters related to employment, promotion,
compensation or performance evaluation data of employees and current negotiations. Motion seconded
by Judy Friar. A roll call vote was taken with results as follows: Julee Albers: yes; Judy Friar: yes;
Mark Stead: yes; Mike Tiber: yes; and Mary Ellen Tredinnick: yes. Motion ate.
5. RECONVENE: The Personnel Committee reconvened in open session as noted on the agenda.
6. RECOMMENDATIONS: Mary Ellen Tredinnick moved to recommend to the Finance Committee
that the 2016 budget include a 1.5% salary increase for all employees. Motion seconded by Judy Friar
and ap ssed.
7. ADJOURNMENT: Mike Tiber moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mary Ellen Tredinnick and ap ssed,
7:35 p.m.
