Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
3. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Adoption of the agenda.
B. Approval of the minutes of the November 16, 2016 Board meeting.
4. Payment of the bills for November, 2016.
5. Reports
A. Financial Report for November, 2016 – Zack Armstrong.
B. Children’s Community Options Program Purchase – Zack Armstrong.
C. Personnel report for November, 2016 - Cheryl Knapp.
D. Personnel Committee Report - Charles Stenner.
E. Chairman's report – Mark Stead.
F. Agency Director's report - Kathy Rink.
G. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
6. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will
allocate time.
7. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(c), Wisconsin Statutes, to considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee
8. Staffing.
9. Adjournment-Next Meeting, January 18, 2017.
