PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Personnel Committee of Unified Community Services will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at
6:30 p.m., at Unified Community Services, Conference room, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin.
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
B. Adoption of the agenda.
3. Introductions and opportunity for members of the audience to address the committee.
4. Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1) (c), Wisconsin Statutes, to consider matters
related to employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employees.
5. Reconvene in open session.
6. Personnel Committee recommendations.
7. Adjournment.
