Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
3. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Adoption of the agenda.
B. Approval of the minutes of the October 17, 2018 Board meeting.
4. Payment of the bills for October/November/December, 2018.
5. Reports
A. Financial report for October and November, 2018 – Zack Armstrong.
B. Personnel report for October and November, 2018 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Chairman's report – Mike Tiber.
D. Agency Director's report - Jeff Lockhart.
E. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
6. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will
allocate time.
7. Agreement for 2018 Audit.
8. Credit Card Limit.
9. Adjournment-Next Meeting, January 16, 2019.
