Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public that a meeting of the
Unified Community Services Board will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., meeting
at Unified Community Services, 200 W. Alona Lane, Lancaster, Wisconsin
Agenda
1. Call to order/roll call.
2. Certification of compliance with the open meetings law.
3. Consideration of Consent Calendar - The following items may be approved on a single motion and
vote due to their routine nature or previous discussion. Please indicate to the Chairman if you would
prefer separate discussion and action.
A. Adoption of the agenda.
B. Approval of the minutes of the February 21, 2018 Board meeting.
4. Payment of the bills for February/March, 2018.
5. Reports
A. Financial report for Year-end 2017, January and February, 2018 –Zack Armstrong.
B. Personnel report for February, 2018 - Cheryl Knapp.
C. Executive Committee report – Mark Stead.
D. Chairman's report – Mark Stead.
E. Agency Director's report - Jeff Lockhart.
F. Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
6. Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will
allocate time.
7. Adjournment-Next Meeting, April 18, 2018.
