1 Call to order.
2 Roll Call.
3 Open Meetings Law Certification.
4 Approve the agenda for this January 15, 2020 meeting.
5 Approve the minutes of the December 18, 2019 meeting.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for December/January, 2019.
