PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN ELECTRONIC MEETING

This meeting will be conducted via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing. As such, it is likely that
some or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically
present. In accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. This meeting will be
offered with the option to participate via Zoom meeting. Live participation in this meeting will be limited to
Unified Community Services Board members and County Board Chairmen. Social distancing and other safety
precautions associated with COVID-19 protocol will be followed. At the date and time of the meeting, you log

1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call.
4 Approve the agenda for this February 16, 2022 meeting.
5 Approve the minutes of the January 19, 2022 meeting.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for January, 2022/February 2022.

9 Division of CLTS and APS responsibilities between UCS and DHS (Grant and Iowa Counties).
