This meeting will be conducted via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing. As such, it is likely that
some or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically
present. In accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. This meeting will be
offered with the option to participate via Zoom meeting. Live participation in this meeting will be limited to
Unified Community Services Board members and County Board Chairmen. Social distancing and other safety
precautions associated with COVID-19 protocol will be followed. At the date and time of the meeting, you log

Any subject on this agenda may become an action item.
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call.
4 Approve the agenda for this March 16, 2022 meeting.
5 Approve the minutes of the February 16, 2022 meeting.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for February/March 2022.

Financial Report for Year end December 2021, January and February 2022 – Jessica Munson.
Personnel Report for February, 2022– Cheryl Knapp.
Chairman’s Report – Gary Ranum.
Agency Director’s Report – Jeff Lockhart.
Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order
9 Unified of Grant/Iowa Counties assuming all CLTS duties, and Grant County DSS assuming all APS and
Protective Placement duties for a period of one year
10 Staffing - Children’s Long Term Support Program position.

Convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85 (1)(e), Wisconsin Statutes, to deliberate or negotiate the
purchase of public property.
12 Reconvene to open session.
13 Purchase of public property.
