i. Masking Update – Since Unified is considered a health care agency, we are still required to
mask in patient areas. Some individuals are being seen in the clinics.
j. Received resignation from Mary Ellen Tredinnick. Mary Ellen served on the Unified Board for
over 29 years. We would like to thank Mary Ellen for her dedication and years of service.
k. Anyone may submit names to the Board for approval to fill this vacancy. Officer elections will
be in May.
Joan Davis moved to accept the reports and place them on file. Motion seconded by Nancy Howard
and passed unanimously.
9. SALARY SCHEDULE: No change requested; no action taken.
10. AD Hoc BUILDING COMMITTEE REPORT: Jeff Lockhart and Robert Keeney met with landlords. Due
to $400,000+ difference between asking price and 10-year payoff amount, there does not appear a way to
move forward with purchase at this time. Unified will need a new lease, usually two year. See if possible to
get a longer term lease or even an option to buy. Recommend that Jeff Lockhart speak with them about
different term lengths to contract that might be available.
11. CLOSED SESSION: No closed session.
12. DISCUSSION ITEM #10 and CLOSED: No discussion due to no action taken.
13. NEXT MEETING: May 18, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. via zoom.
14. ADJOURNMENT: Charles Stenner moved to adjourn at 8:51 p.m. Motion seconded by Justin O’Brien
and passed unanimously.
