6:00 p.m.
This meeting will be conducted via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing. As such, it is likely that
some or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically
present. In accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. This meeting will be
offered with the option to participate via Zoom meeting. Live participation in this meeting will be limited to
Unified Community Services Board members and County Board Chairmen. Social distancing and other safety
precautions associated with COVID-19 protocol will be followed. At the date and time of the meeting, you log

Any subject on this agenda may become an action item.
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call.
4 Approve the agenda for this June 15, 2022 meeting.
5 Approve the minutes of the May 18, 2022 meeting.
6 The Chairman will assign committee members with input from Board members as to preferences.
7 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
8 Payment of the bills for May/June, 2022.

• Personnel Report for May, 2022 – Cheryl Knapp.
• Chairman’s Report – Joan Davis.
• Agency Director’s Report – Jeff Lockhart.
• Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.

Convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 1985(1)(c) regarding performance evaluation of agency
director.
