This meeting will be conducted in person and via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing. As such, it is
possible that some or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and
not physically present. In accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. This
meeting will be offered with the option to participate via Zoom meeting. At the date and time of the meeting,
you log on via the Zoom link- https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6603463912 . You may also Dial-In via Dial by your

Any subject on this agenda may become an action item.
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call.
4 Approve the agenda for this December 28, 2022 meeting.
5 Approve the minutes of the November 16, 2022 meeting.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for November/December, 2022.

• Financial Report for November, 2022 – Jessica Munson.
• Personnel Report for November, 2022 – Jeff Lockhart.
• Chairman’s Report – Joan Davis.
• Agency Director’s Report – Jeff Lockhart.
• Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
9 Interim Director appointment as approved by Grant and Iowa County boards.

Convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 1985(1)(c) regarding performance evaluation of agency
director.
11 Reconvene to open session.
12 Next meeting date January 18, 2022 – Grant County Administration Building
13 Adjournment.
*Prior to the meeting, the public is invited to come for a reception for retiring Executive Director Jeff Lockhart,
which will start at 5pm". The UCS Board will provide snacks and has a gift for him.
At the reception, there may be a possible quorum of the Grant County Board and Iowa County Board of
Supervisors and the Unified Board in attendance at this meeting - No action will be taken by the Board or any of
its Committees at this meeting
