This meeting will be conducted in person and via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing. As such, it is
possible that some or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and
not physically present. In accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. This
meeting will be offered with the option to participate via Zoom meeting. At the date and time of the meeting,

1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call.
4 Approve the agenda for this March 15, 2023 meeting.
5 Approve the minutes of the February 15, 2023 meeting.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for February/March, 2023.

9 Updates from Iowa and Grant Counties Opioid Task Forces.
10 Plan for next board meeting- Tony Hoffman Story scheduled for April 19th 2023 at 5:00 PM- Joan Davis.
11 Next meeting date April 19, 2023 – Grant County Administration Building
