accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some

Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Committee Others in attendance
4 Approval of the agenda.
5 Approval of the minutes- May 17, 2023
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for May, 2023.

Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
9 Action on request to add additional staff in CLTS and CCS Programs.
10 Update regarding the potential restructuring of Unified Community Services- Joan Davis/Robert Keeney
11 Discussion and possible action on the status of Unified Community Services- as a county department or
separate entity.
12 Discussion and possible action on the status of Interim Director designation.
13 Adjournment pursuant to the next Unified Community Services Board meeting- July 19, 2023 at 6:00 PM
