accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some
or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically

Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Committee Others in attendance
4 Approval of the agenda- July 19 2023
5 Approval of the minutes- June 21, 2023
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for June, 2023.

Director’s Report – Holly Knapp.
Personnel Report for June/July 2023 – Ben Biddick.
Financial Report - Jessica Munson.
Chairman’s Report – Joan Davis.
Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
9 Discussion and possible action on Unified Community Services renting additional office space in adjacent
building to Dodgeville location.
10 Adjournment pursuant to the next Unified Community Services Board meeting- August 16th, 2023 at
6:00 PM- Iowa County Health and Human Services Building Community Room.
