accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some
or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physi cally

Pursuant to Sec. 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Committee Others in attendance
4 Approval of the agenda- August 16th 2023
5 Approval of the minutes- July 19th 2023
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for July, 2023.

Personnel Report for July/August 2023 – Ben Biddick.
Financial Report - Jessica Munson.
Chairman’s Report – Joan Davis.
Reports from other Board members.
Following: A resolution to receive the reports and place them on file would be in order.
9 Updates, discussion and possible action on Unified Community Services renting additional space next to
our Dodgeville location.
10 Adjournment pursuant to the next Unified Community Services Board meeting- September 20th, 2023 at
6:00 PM- Grant County Administration Building.
