This meeting will be conducted in person and via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing. As such, it is
possible that some or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and
not physically present. In accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. This
meeting will be offered with the option to participate via Zoom meeting. At the date and time of the meeting,

1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call.
4 Approve the agenda for this January 18, 2023 meeting.
5 Approve the minutes of the December 28, 2022 meeting.
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for December 2022/January, 2023.
