accordance with Wisconsin law, the meeting will remain open to the public. As such, it is possible that some
or all members of, and a possible quorum, may be in attendance via electronic means and not physically

Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Members Others in attendance
4 Approval of the agenda- JULY 17 2024
5 Approval of the minutes- MAY 15 2024
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for MAY and JUNE 2024.

9 Discussion and possible action regarding Unified Community Services Board Committee Assignments-
Carol Beals/Joan Davis.
10 Discussion and possible action on proposed update to Unified Community Services bylaws as it relates to
the role of a Medical Director. Holly Knapp
11 Adjournment pursuant to the next Unified Community Services Board meeting-
August 21st at 6:00 PM- Iowa County Health and Human Services Building Community Room.
