Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1 Call to order.
2 Open Meetings Law Certification.
3 Roll Call. Members Others in attendance
4 Approval of the agenda- AUGUST 21 2024
5 Approval of the minutes- JULY 17 2024
6 Introduction and opportunity for members of the audience to address the Board. Chairman will allocate
time. No action will be taken.
7 Payment of the bills for JULY 2024.

Discussion and possible action surrounding Unified Community Services applying for DHS Capital
Projects grant opportunity to Expand Prevention, Harm Reduction, Treatment, and Recovery Services in
Wisconsin.
10 Discussion and possible action on proposed update to Unified Community Services bylaws as it relates to
the role of a Medical Director as presented to board July 17th 2024. Holly Knapp
11 Discussion and possible action on request to establish a Unified Community Services bylaw review
committee. Joan Davis/Carol Beals
12 Adjournment pursuant to the next Unified Community Services Board meeting-
September 18th 2024 at 6:00 PM- Grant County Administration Building.
