CALL TO ORDER: 3:30 P.M. A. Roll Call B. Meeting Notice - Verification of Open Meeting C. Adoption of Agenda D. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting: July 01, 2014 Mid-Year Meeting II. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC INPUT This portion of the agenda is designed to provide members of the board and of the audience with an opportunity to comment about topics not included on the formal agenda. A maximum of fifteen minutes will be allocated and individual comments will be limited to three minutes each. III. ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION As per state Statue 19.85 © to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. A. Personnel Evaluation Thereafter, the Committee/Commission will entertain a motion to convene in open session and, upon return to open session, will continue the posted agenda. IV. ACTION ITEMS A. Review, discuss/approval of Proposed Budget for 2014 B. Personnel 1.) Overview, discuss/approval (if warranted) on a succession plan for Nora’s completion of her 4 year Experience Works program. 2.)
