D. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting: September 6, 2018 Annual Budget/Evaluation Meeting
II. OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC INPUT
This portion of the agenda is designed to provide members of the board and of the audience with an opportunity to
comment about topics not included on the formal agenda. A maximum of fifteen minutes will be allocated and individual
comments will be limited to three minutes each.
III. ACTION ITEMS
A. Submission, Review, and Approval of 2018 Annual Veteran Service Report.
B. Discuss/Possible action concerning State Statute 45.84 (Burial Allowance).
C. Discuss/Approval to have Veterans Service Office added to the Grant County Administration manual Authority
to apply for grant funding (4.4 (2b)). Allow Veterans Service Office to apply for WDVA grant without County
Board Approval.

VI. MISCELLANEOUS
May 15 - 19 CVSO Association Spring 2019 Conference April 8-12. Conference events will be held at the
Delta Marriott in Racine WI.
Sep 18 – 22 CVSO Association Fall 2019 Conference September 16-20, Conference events will be held in
Dane County WI.

Notice is further given that the final agenda of the meeting notice above will be posted on the bulletin board of the Grant
County Administration Building at 111 South Jefferson Street 24 hours prior to the meeting or in the event of an emergency
not later than 2 hours prior to the meeting.
