Sheriff’s Office Jailer/Dispatcher Overtime Policy Revision Effective Immediately

Sheriff’s Office request to temporarily pay Jailers and Corporals a stipend of $2.00/per working hour
in addition to their base pay effective immediately to retain current staff. To be reassessed when
market review is completed in October.
Law Enforcement request to deviate from policy and reclassify the Jailers up one pay grade effective
immediately in their existing step.
Sheriff’s Office request to replace two Jailer Positions with two Corporal Positions effective January
1, 2024.
