b. Review and Approval of Updated EPCRA Offsite Hazmat Response Plans
c. Review of Incident Response Claims
d. Countywide Hazardous Materials Strategic Plan/Response Plan Updates; Procedures established
for 311/312 files; procedures for receiving 304 reports; procedures established for receiving and
processing public requests for information; hazmat team capability plan update; other annual LEPC
administrative actions as necessary.
