John second by Lester approved the agenda. Pat second by Mike approved the minutes. Pat second by John approved the bills. All above motions carried. Public Comments: None Under Old Business, Steve spoke about the Commodity Flow Study. Richland County Emergency Management has been sitting in different locations throughout the County. They have been collecting some good data and we should have to report back soon. Also under Old Business Steve said that we do have an insurance policy in effect for the drone. It cost $595.00 for a yearly policy. Steve feels that it is a good idea to have the insurance policy in place. Under New Business Steve spoke about the significant June wind storm that took place throughout the County. There are a few communities that will be putting in for the Wisconsin Disaster Fund. Our office will be assisting those communities with the paperwork. Cassville and Lancaster will meet the criteria for the funding but Platteville may not. Scenic Rivers is also eligible to apply for the funding if they meet the criteria. Steve has been trying to get ahold of the President to see if they will meet the threshold. Cassville, Lancaster, Platteville and the County of Grant did declare a State of Emergency for the damage that was done from the wind storm, which is a pre-requisite for funding. It was motioned by Lester and second by Bob S. to adjourn to August 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Motion carried. Respectfully Submitted, Tonya White, Recording Secretary
