The Administrator Selection Committee of Grant County Board of Supervisors will have a meeting
Friday, August 9, 2024 at 7:45 a.m. The meeting will be held in Room 266, located at the Grant County
Administration Building, Lancaster, Wisconsin 53813.
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to Order
2. Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law
3. Approval of Agenda
4. Approval of minutes from the July 30, 2024 meeting
5. Convene to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec 19.85(1)(c) considering employment,
promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which
the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility as it relates to the County
Administrator interviews.
6. Recess for Meet and Greet. The committee will recess to permit members to attend a candidate
“meet and greet” activity which will be held in the Eckstein Building at the County Fairgrounds
commencing at 12:30 p.m.
7. Reconvene for closed session. Upon the conclusion of the meet and greet, the Selection
Committee will reconvene in Room 266 of the Grant County Administration Building and
continue its closed session pursuant to the sec 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee
over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; deliberation
regarding selection of County Administrator.
8. Return to Open Session
9. Action on Closed Session item, if any
10. Adjournment
