• Request to increase the start rate of the Physical Therapist position for a well-qualified,
highly experienced applicant.
• Request to increase the start rate of Nursing Compliance & Quality Coordinator Position
(currently filled with an interim position).
• Request to offer stipends using LHD ARPA funding
