Committee Members Present: John B., Carol B., and Grant L.
Also Present: Ron Brisbois and Todd Johnson
Actions Taken:
1. John B. called the meeting to order at 9:33 AM
2. Motioned to approve the agenda by Vern L.
a. Motioned seconded by Grant L.
b. Motioned passed
3. Todd Johnson verified that the meeting was properly posted at the Grant County
Courthouse, the Grant County Administrative Building, and on the Grant County Website.
4. Motion to approve the minutes by Grant L.
a. Motioned seconded by Vern L.
b. Motion passed.
5. Ron Brisbois provided information about his request for $5,900 to be used by the Grant
County Economic Development Corporation (GCEDC) for marketing.
a. Motion to approve $5,900 funding request to GCEDC by Carol B.
b. Motion seconded by Grant L.
c. Motion passed.
6. Ron Brisbois provided information about his request to authorize GCEDC to submit a
planning grant to Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.
a. Motion to approve by Carol B.
b. Motion seconded by Grant L.
c. Motion passed.
7. Todd Johnson provided information about the $1,000 funding request by the Sm all
Business Development Center (SBDC) to support travel and programming expenses.
a. Motion to approve $1,000 funding request to SBDC by Vern L.
b. Motion seconded by Carol B.
c. Motion passed.
8. Motion to adjourn by Committee Member Grant L.
a. Motioned seconded by Committee Member Vern L.
b. Motioned passed at 9:55 AM.
