PARK COMMITTEE AGENDA
The Park Committee of the Grant County of Supervisors will meet Thursday, May 29, 2014 at
8:30 a.m.in Room 266 in the Administration Building in Lancaster, WI pursuant to the
adjournment of the last meeting of May 1, 2014. There will be a short business meeting,
followed by the Boat Landing Tour
Consideration will be given and/or action taken on any or all of the following items:
1. Call to Order
2. Certification of compliance with the open meeting law
3. Approval of Agenda
4. Approval of Minutes
5. Boat Landing Tour (discussion/possible/action regarding)
a.) Follow up on Boscobel Boat landing issues with DNR,
Todd Johnson, Comm. Resource Agent, Extension Office
b.) Boscobel Boat Landing concerns regarding signage.
c.) Boscobel Boat Landing removal of garbage cans.
d.) Wyalusing Boat Landing update regarding dissolving the
DNR Grant.
e.) Glen Haven Boat Landing citizen complaints on launch
issue and parking lot maintenance.
f.) O’Leary Boat Landing update on purchase of anchors and
chains for buoys.
g.) Updates/issues on Blue River, Woodman, Millville, Potosi,
McCartney, Banfield, Bridge Port Boat Landing.
6. Public Comment
7. Adjournment pursuant to the call of the chair.
**Committee will be transported in the ADRC Bus to the boat landing locations, committee
will load on the bus at the Administration Building after the business meeting.
