NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GRANT COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grant County Board of Adjustment will meet in
the County Board Room #264 in the Grant County Administration Building 111 South
Jefferson St., Lancaster, WI on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. and a public
hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the matters to be heard.
BOA #2-009. Appeal of Ronald and Carol Sam for variance from the provisions
of The Grant County Shoreland Ordinance Section 3.16 (E-1) to allow for a
reduced setback from the ordinary high water mark. This property is located in the
NW¼-SW¼-Section 33, Town 4 North Range 4 West, Town of Beetown.
