GRANT COUNTY SANITATION & ZONING
January 19, 2012 Meeting
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on January 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. by Chairman
Lester Jantzen in the Grant County Board room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Steve Adrian, John Beinborn, Dwight Nelson, Bob Keeney,
Pat Schroeder and John Patcle.
John Beinborn made and motion, seconded Pat Schroeder to approve the Agenda. Motion carried.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the December 15, 2011 minutes, seconded by Steve Adrian. Motion carried.

Steve Adrian made a motion to approve the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and send to the County Board for approval,
seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Land Use Plan:
Dan Dressen from Delta 3 presented the Doug Meyers Preliminary Plat in Jamestown Township. Dan showed the board
members a plat that was drawn out for the board to look at.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve Doug Meyers Preliminary Plat, seconded by Steve Adrian. Motion carried.

Sanitary Permit Summary:
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by John Beinborn. Motion carried.
Outstanding Order/Compliance:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Outstanding Order, seconded by Bob Keeney. Motion carried.
Annual report:
Steve Adrian made a motion to approve the 2011 Annual report, seconded by John Beinborn. Motion carried.
Bills & Vouchers:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Bills & Vouchers, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Other business brought before the Board:
No action was taken on Mr. Krause problem with Mr. Vosberg who is a neighbor. The Muscoda Township was present to
ask question on the County Zoning. Muscoda Township Assessor Mr. Schwabe was present to let the board know that
there was no electrical or water in the cabin that was owned by Mr. Vosberg. There was a well with a pump on it and an
outhouse. The owner had a generator in the house for power.
Steve Adrian made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Next meeting is February 16, 2012 at 9:00 in the County Board room.
