GRANT COUNTY SANITATION & ZONING
February 16, 2012 Meeting
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on February 16, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. by Chairman
Lester Jantzen in the Grant County Board room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Steve Adrian, John Beinborn, Pat Schroeder and John Patcle.
Absent Dwight Nelson, Bob Keeney
Steve Adrian made and motion, seconded John Beinborn to approve the Agenda. Motion carried.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the January 19, 2011 minutes, seconded by John Patcle. Motion carried.

Conditional Use Permit:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit #12-01-Noble Farms Inc. for 2 ac. in Lima Twn ,
seconded by Steve Adrian. Motion carried.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit #12-02-Kevin & Mary Roesch for 2.63 ac in Potosi
Twn, seconded by John Beinborn. Motion carried.
John Patcle made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit #12-03-Donald Pennekamp for 4.62ac in Potosi Twn,
seconded by John Beinborn. Motion carried

Sanitary Permit Summary:
Steve Adrian made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Pat Schroeder. Motion carried.
Outstanding Order/Compliance:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Outstanding Order, seconded by Steve Adrian. Motion carried.
Bills & Vouchers:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Bills & Vouchers, seconded by Steve Adrian. Motion carried.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to adjourn the meeting until March 15, at 10:00 seconded by John Beinborn. Motion
carried.
