GRANT COUNTY SANITATION & ZONING
March 15, 2012 Meeting
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on March 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. by Chairman
Lester Jantzen in the Grant County Board room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Steve Adrian, John Beinborn, Pat Schroeder, Bob Keeney
and John Patcle. Absent Dwight Nelson.
Pat Schroeder made and motion, seconded John Beinborn to approve the Agenda. Motion carried.
Steve Adrian made a motion to approve the February 16, 2012 minutes, seconded by Pat Schroeder. Motion carried.

Conditional Use Permit:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit #12-04 Barbara Day for 4.80 ac. in Paris Twn ,
seconded by John Beinborn. Motion carried.

Sanitation Inspection in neighboring Counties:
Steve Adrian made a motion to charge $45.00 hour with a minimum of $100.00 plus mileage at the Internal Revenue rate,
seconded by John Beinborn. Motion carried.
Sanitary Permit Summary:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Steve Adrian. Motion carried.
Outstanding Order/Compliance:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Outstanding Order, seconded by Bob Keeney. Motion carried.
Bills & Vouchers:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the Bills & Vouchers, seconded by John Beinborn. Motion carried.
Steve Adrian made a motion to adjourn the meeting until April 26, at 9:00 a.m., seconded by John Beinborn. Motion
carried.
