GRANT COUNTY SANITATION & ZONING
May 17, 2012 Meeting
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on May 17, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. by Lester Jantzen
in the Grant County Board room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Bob Keeney, Dwight Nelson, Grant Loy, Dale Hood, Roger
Guthrie, Pat Schroeder and County Board Chairman Larry Wolf.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Agenda, seconded Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the April 26, 2012 minutes, seconded by Bob Keeney. Motion carried.

Comprehensive Map Changes:
Mark Flogel-Platteville Twn-21.66ac.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Comprehensive Map change, seconded by Bob Keeney. Motion carried.

Rezones:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the rezone for Todd & Kathryn Loeffelholz for 24.73 ac in Potosi Township
seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
No action taken on John & Irma Wubben Conditional Use Permit in Jamestown.
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the rezone for James & Nancy Wiederholt for 16.51ac. in Paris Township,
seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.

Conditional Use Permits:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit for Muscoda Snow Club in Muscoda Township,
seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Roger Guthrie made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit for Martin Fleege for 2.49 ac. in Jamestown
Township, seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Conditional Use Permit for George Lazarus foe 3.04ac in Platteville
Township, seconded by Bob Keeney. Motion carried.
Roger Guthrie made a motion to go into Close session, seconded by Bob Keeney. Roll call vote taken. Roger Guthrie-
yes, Grant Loy-yes, Dwight Nelson-yes, Pat Schroeder-yes, Dale Hood-yes, Bob Keeney-yes, Lester Jantzen-yes.
Close session past by 7-yes & 0-no.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to come out of closed session, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.

Sanitary Permit Summary:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Outstanding Order/Compliance:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the Outstanding Order, seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Bills & Vouchers:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Bills & Vouchers, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
Roger Guthrie made a motion to adjourn the meeting until June 21, at 9:00 a.m., seconded by Dwight Nelson. Motion
carried.
