GRANT COUNTY SANITATION & ZONING
June 21, 2012 Meeting
The County Planning & Zoning & Sanitation meeting was called to order on June 21, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. by Lester Jantzen
in the Grant County Conference room of the Administration Building, 111 S. Jefferson St, Lancaster.
Zoning & Sanitation Board members present Lester Jantzen, Bob Keeney, Dwight Nelson, Grant Loy, Dale Hood, Roger
Guthrie, Pat Schroeder and County Board Chairman Larry Wolf.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded Dwight Nelson. Motion carried.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the May 17, 2012 minutes, seconded by Bob Keeney. Motion carried.
Comprehensive Map Changes: none
Rezones:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the rezone for Mark Flogel for 21.65 ac in Platteville Township seconded by
Dale Hood. Motion carried.
Conditional Use Permits: none
Subdivision:
Dan Dresen from Delta 3 Engineering presented the Final Plat for Bluff Hollow Subdivision for Doug Myers.
Question where ask from the board on water and sewer? Dan explained that each residence would have there own septic
and maybe a shared well.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Final Plat seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Pat Schroeder made a motion to change the Performance Evaluation form May to March meeting, seconded by Dwight
Nelson. Motion carried.
Sanitary Permit Summary:
Bob Keeney made a motion to approve the Sanitary Permit Summary, seconded by Roger Guthrie. Motion carried.
Outstanding Order/Compliance:
Dwight Nelson made a motion to approve the Outstanding Order, seconded by Pat Schroeder. Motion carried.
Bills & Vouchers:
Pat Schroeder made a motion to approve the Bills & Vouchers, seconded by Grant Loy. Motion carried.
Dwight Nelson made a motion to adjourn the meeting until July 19, 9:00 a.m., seconded by Dale Hood. Motion carried.
